It is the second-largest public brokerage firm in the world. The company has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since 1976. Active in 80 countries, the company employs over 91,000 people. Its customers range from tech startups to global firms in industries such as banking, energy, healthcare, law, life sciences, manufacturing, and technology.
The Challenge | In general, JLL approached ConWize since it was looking for an advanced and efficient system specifically tailored to the construction industry. The company wanted to reduce the time for distributing tenders to contractors and monitoring the status to free teams up for other tasks. JLL was also looking for a way to be able to save, analyze, and compare bids quickly and efficiently. The cooperation between JLL and ConWize started in 2020 with a successful pilot executed together with the EMEA procurement department of JLL in Israel.
The Solution | The ConWize platform helped JLL undergo a digital transformation in procurement and bidding activities. This cloud-based platform simplifies the bidding process, which prevents JLL from crucial mistakes.
The Result | Using ConWize, the bidding process is now streamlined, transparent, and highly efficient. Procurement processes are now accelerated with minimal human support. The procurement tender process is now centralized and overcomes local variance. The platform provides transparency by way of a repeatable and transparent tender process across all sub-regions. Since resources are now shared, all needed data (history, supplier score, supplier data, etc.) is now available.
