The challenge
Before embarking on our collaborative journey, Rom Geves relied on manual Excel sheets for cost estimation and manual emails for distributing quotes to subcontractors. Despite having an organized system, there was a recognition of the need to transition to a more comprehensive cost estimation process within a centralized system. The goal was clear: reduce work time and human errors, eliminate rework, and uncover any unnoticed errors.

Today, the entire cost estimation process is executed within a centralized system, systematically documenting every step. This allows for easy retrospective analysis, enhancing understanding and troubleshooting. - Reduced Human Errors:
With all proposals received from subcontractors entering the system, there is better control and prevention of human errors. The system provides a mechanism for verification and error prevention. - Increased Efficiency:
