Efpalinos Consulting Llc is a transportation, planning and engineering consulting company based in Paphos, Cyprus which was established in June 2013 and is registered with the Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK) since July 2014. The company "Efpalinos Consulting Llc" was emerged, from the limited partnership "Efpalinos Meletitiki" and "Zavrides Consulting" engineering practices. Efpalinos Consulting Llc undertook the projects and everyday works of both "Efpalinos Meletitiki" and "Zavrides Consulting" with the same staff and the same quality of services provided as in the last twenty-five creative years.

The limited partnership Efpalinos Meletitiki was founded and then registered with the Registrar of Companies in June 1996 and Zavrides Consulting engineering practice was registered with the Registrar of Companies in June 1994 with main purpose to provide full range of Civil Engineering Consulting services especially in road design and construction, traffic impact assessment and traffic management studies, design of surface drainage systems and re- engineering of open public areas. Structural design and building supervision, seismic engineering, damage restoration, feasibility studies and Environmental Impact Assessment Studies are also undertaken both for the public and the private sector in Cyprus.

Efpalinos Consulting Llc, as an independent consulting firm (or in collaboration with specialized external associates when needed) have so far successfully carried out many projects for several Community Councils, Municipalities, District Administrations, Governmental Departments and Ministries. Clients also have been private institutions and land development companies throughout Cyprus.
