Rihoy & Son is one of Guernseys longest-established building contractors. We employ more than 150 staff and have been involved with many of the islands most prestigious developments.

Our office personnel and managers support a team of highly skilled and qualified tradesmen.

For smaller projects, our Bespoke Projects Division offers a focus on insurance damage rectification services, domestic extensions and alterations, and commercial fit outs and re-fits, where we are able to compete with the smaller contractors traditionally involved in these areas with the peace of mind that comes with a long standing larger building contractor.

We also have our own Joinery Workshop, which manufactures work to meet the individual needs of each client.

Our high standard of quality has created an enviable amount of repeat business and also helped us earn our Chartered Building Company status. We have maintained this accreditation by providing clients with excellent results and constantly furthering the training and education of our employees.

This applies to those at managerial level and to staff specialising in a trade. Our company plays a leading role in the States Registered Apprenticeship Scheme in Guernsey.
