On the log in screen there is a button “forgot password”, you can press it and write your email. You will get instructions for passsword reset to your email.

You need to make sure that you registered with the exact email on whitch the invite was sent by the customer. It this is the email in invite, please call for support 073-3747775.
If this is not the invite email, please register again with the invite email.
If this is not correct email, please ask the customer to send invite to your updated / additional email

Yes, this is one time registration. You can also mark “remember me” and the system will remember your login details for next time, and won’t ask for password
